3. Position the cleaning sheet in the printer’s sheet feeder with the cut corner in the
lower left. Make sure the sticky side of the cleaning sheet is face-up.
4. Press the paper button to feed the sheet through the printer.
5. When the sheet ejects, repeat steps 3 and 4 to feed the sheet through two more
times. Then discard the cleaning sheet.
CD/DVD Printing Problems
Images and text are not centered on the CD/DVD.
Adjust the print position. For more information, see Adjusting the Print Position
with Windows or Adjusting the Print Position with a Macintosh.
Ink smears on the CD/DVD or printing is too light.
■ Make sure you’re using ink jet-printable CDs or DVDs.
■ Handle the disc carefully and allow the ink to dry for at least 24 hours before
playing the disc or inserting it in a drive.
■ Adjust the print density. For more information, see Adjusting the Print Density
with Windows or Adjusting the Print Density with a Macintosh.
