T Tightening torque for screws
• Four screws securing the Power Supply Board:
C.B.S SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN : 5 ~ 7kgf.cm
• 12 screws securing the Main Board:
C.B.S SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN : 5 ~ 7kgf.cm
C.B.S-TITE SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN : 5 ~ 7kgf.cm
C.P SCREW, 2.5x6, F/ZN : 3 ~ 4kgf.cm
C.P SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN : 3 ~ 4kgf.cm
• 17 screws securing the Shield Plate:
C.B.S-TITE SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN : 5 ~ 7kgf.cm
• Four screws securing the Circuit Board Unit:
C.B.S SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN : 5 ~ 7kgf.cm
A D J U S T M E N T
R E Q U I R E D
When replacing the Main board with a new one, perform the
following service items:
T Before removing the Main Board, connect the USB cable and
read out the data stored in the Main Board by using the
“EEPROM data backup” function of the adjustment program.
After replacing the Main Board with a new one, write the read-
out data in the new Main Board.
T CR variation correction
T Confirm the memory card drive.
T Printing on A4-size noramal paper
If the data can not be read from a defective old Main Board, make
the following adjustments:
T Replace the both ink cartridges with a brand new one.
T Replace the Waste ink drain pad with a new one.
T Make the setting for the intended market.
T Input the Print Head ID.
T CR variation correction
T Confirm the memory card drive.
T Adjust the Bi-d alignment.
T Input the USB ID.
T Perform printing on A4-size noramal paper and check the print
quality.
