4.2.17 Paper Eject Roller removal
1. Remove the Housing from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.1 “Housing removal”)
2. Remove the CR unit from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.5 “CR Unit removal”)
3. Remove the Housing lower cover from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.3 “Housing
Lower Covers removal”)
4. Remove the Cutter Unit from the printer body. (Refer to 4.2.13 “Cutter Unit
removal”)
5. Remove the Circuit board from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.14 “Circuit Board Unit
removal”)
6. Remove the Ink System Tray from the printer body. (See step 7 described in 4.2.15
“Ink System Unit removal”)
7. Remove three screws (C.B.S. SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN) securing the Front frame to the
Main frame.

8. Lift the left side of the Front Frame slightly and shift it to the left for its removal.
9. Remove the PF Encoder, PF Scale and combination gear 13.6, 33 from the printer
body. (See steps 3 ~ 5 described in 4.2.16 “PF Motor removal”)
10. Turn upward the left bush to unfasten the Paper Eject Roller from the Main Frame.

11. Slide the Paper Eject Roller to the left and pull it off from the right bush.
