Cutter error (position) Cutter error. Turn the printer off, and remove
any jammed paper. Wait a few minutes, then
turn the printer back on.
This error display occurs in either of the following
cases:
1. The cutter motor, when operated, does not run
normally.
2. The carriage of the cutter does not recognize the
home position.
Cutter error (jam) Unable to cut. Turn the printer off, and
remove any jammed paper. Wait a few
minutes, then turn the printer back on.
