sound is heard at power on or
between operations.
- CR Unit 1. Check to see if grease has been applied sufficiently to
the CR Guide Shaft.
1. Wipe the grease from the CR Guide Shaft and
apply it again.
Front Frame 1. Check to see if grease has been applied sufficiently to
the Front Frame.
1. Wipe the grease from the Front Frame and
apply it again.
Ink System Unit 1. Check to see if the Change Lever operates smoothly. 1. Replace the Change lever with a new one.
The bottom surface of the CR
Unit comes in contact with the
surface of the Front Frame.
Front Frame 1. Check to see if the Front Frame is deformed. 1. Replace the Front Frame with a new one.
CR Unit is in contact with the
Paper Guide Top.
Paper Guide Top 1. Check to see if the Paper Guide Top is dislocated from
the Main Frame.
1. Reinstall the Paper Guide Top on the Main
Frame.
CR Unit is in contact with the
Right Bush Roller.
Right Bush Roller 1. Check to see if the Right Bush Roller is dislocated
from the Main Frame.
1. Reinstall the Right Bush Roller on the Main
Frame.
