4.2.3 Housing Lower Covers removal
There are two housing lower covers on each of the right and left sides of the printer to
protect the printer mechanism.
4.2.3.1 Housing Lower Cover Left Rear and Front removal
1. Remove the housing from the printer. (Refer to 4.2.1 “Housing removal”)
2. Remove the plain washer found in the left area of the printer and remove the
combination gear 47, 19.2.

3. Remove the three screws (C.B.P-TITE SCREW, 3x8, F/ZN) securing the Housing
Lower Cover Left Rear and remove the Housing Lower Cover Left Rear.

4. Remove the two screws (C.B.S SCREW, 3x6, F/ZN and C.B.P-TITE SCREW,
3x8, F/ZN) securing the Housing Lower Cover Left Front and remove the Housing
Lower Cover Left Front. (Stacker will also come off)
