Wi-Fi and Ether net are now integrated within the pr inter removing the need for an external
dongle. This allows you to share the pr inter between sev eral users in your home.
Ther e is an easy installation pr ocess called EpsonNet EasyInstall which guides you st ep by step
when setting up the wireless connecti on between your printer and computers.
Your fir ewall or anti-spywar e softwar e may display war nings dur ing installation. Cr eate an
exception for EpsonNet EasyInstall to allow it to carry out networ k configur ations:
For W indow s XP Service Pack 2 or later
Confir m that the pub lisher is SEIKO EPSON, and then click Unblock.
For Mac OS X 10.5.1 or later
Configure the Application Firewall to allow access for EpsonNet EasyInstall.
It is necessary to have an Ether net (wir ed) connection dur ing installation to configure your
pr inter to communicate via Wir eless LAN. Select the first method, connect an Ether net cab le,
switch on the pr inter and click Next
