Before installing the Printer Mechanism, check the following
conditions on the Lower Case Assy for properness:
• Routing of the harness between the Power Supply Board ~
Main Board
• Insulation of the Harness Clamp
Make sure that the Waste Ink Tubes (x2) are connected to the
Tube Holder properly. (See p.107)

Adjustments are required. Once the Printer Mechanism has been
removed or replaced with a new one, refer to the following section
and perform the necessary adjustments.

Routing of the Power
Supply Board harness
TPU Harness

Route the TPU Harness and Relay Harness under the Harness
Clamp.
Pass through here
Route the lead wires in an innermost position so
that the printer frame will not be interfered with.
After routing the Relay Harness and TPU
Harness, install the Harness Clamp.
