Combo print error 1 (Euro)
Photo Greeting card error 1 (EAI)
A recognition mark could not be found on the template sheet.
There is no Template sheet or it is not placed correctly. Please check it and try
again.
Combo print error 2 (Euro)
Photo Greeting card error 2 (EAI)
No mark is given for Paper Type or Paper Size selection area,
or more than one mark is given.
Paper is not selected or ovals are not filled in correctly. Only one possible paper
may be selected. Please check and try again.
Combo print error 3 (Euro)
Photo Greeting card error 3 (EAI)
No mark is given for compose Layout, or more than one
mark is given.
Layout is not selected or ovals are not filled in correctly. Only one possible layout
may be selected. Please check and try again.
Combo print error 4 (Euro)
Photo Greeting card error 4 (EAI)
A blot or writing into the reference area has been detected.
(If any, image is highly likely to fail in alpha channel.)
Cannot be read as the sheet is dirty or there is writing outside the handwriting
area.
Combo print error 5 (Euro)
Photo Greeting card error 5 (EAI)
After template printing, a different memory card was inserted
or an image was added or deleted.
The contents of the memory card have changed. Print a new Index Form and try
again.
FATAL error An irrecoverable error has occurred. Printer error occurred. Please see documentation.
Turn off the power.

Scanner FATAL error An irrecoverable error has occurred at the scanner side. Scanner error occurred. Please see documentation.
Turn off the power.

No rear paper error There is no paper in the rear paper tray. Paper out (Rear). Please insert paper and press the Color button.
Press the “Color” button to feed
paper correctly.
No front paper error There is no paper in the front paper tray. Paper out (Front). Please insert paper and press the Color button.
Press the “Color” button to feed
paper correctly.
Jam error Paper has jammed. Paper jam. Press the Color button. If the error is not cleared, please clear by hand Remove paper.
Maintenance error
The printer requires maintenance due to waste liquid
overflow or elastomer tube replacement time, etc.
Service required. Parts inside your printer are at the end of their service life. See
your printer’s documentation for details.
Turn off the power.

BT communications error An error has occurred with communications to the BT unit. Bluetooth module error. Please remove and reinstall the module.
Remove the BT unit. Press the OK
button to delete the message.
IrDA communications error
An error has occurred with communications to the IrDA
communications unit.
IrDA module error. Please replace the module.
Remove the IrDA communications
unit.
CDR error (correct set) There is no CDR/DVD tray before starting printing. There is no CD/DVD tray. Please check it and press the Color button.
CDR error (reset request)
A CDR/DVD tray could not be recognized correctly before
starting printing.
There is no CD/DVD tray. Please check it and press the Color button.
Scan to memory error (no card)
Scan to memory was performed with no memory card
inserted.
No memory card or disk inserted. Stopping save operation.
Displayed for a specified time
(approx. 3 seconds).
Scan to memory error
(insufficient card capacity)
The memory card capacity is insufficient. There is not enough free space on the memory card or disk. Operation canceled.
Displayed for a specified time
(approx. 3 seconds).
Scan to memory error
(folder not created)
A folder could not be created in the memory card. Cannot create a memory card or disk folder. Operation canceled.
Displayed for a specified time
(approx. 3 seconds).
Scan to memory error
(card write-protect)
As the memory card was write-protected, save failed. The memory card or disk is write-protected. Operation canceled.
