Scan to memory error (card removed) The memory card or disk was removed. Operation canceled.

Scan to memory error (format failed) An error has occurred during format. Format error.

Scan to memory error (card removed) Media was removed during format. The memory card or disk was removed. Formatting is stopped.

Index sheet scan error (no index sheet) An index sheet was not set. There is no Index Form or it is not placed correctly. Please check it and try again.

No image is selected on the Index Form or is not marked correctly. Please check
it and try again.

(incorrect paper selection marking)
Paper is not selected on the Index Form or ovals are not filled in correctly. Check
the Index Form and then try again.

The contents of the memory card have changed. Print a new Index Form and try
again.

Name card long edge first insertion
error
A name card was fed long edge first and caused a jam. Please insert paper and press the Color button.
The name card inserted in a
landscape direction has been ejected
with the procedures on the left.
Paper mismatch error
CD/DVD printing was attempted on a photo board, and vice
versa.
There is no CD/DVD tray. Please check it and press the Color button.
Paper that is in accordance with
print setting has been set.
