Problem
Liquid surface sensor overflow
 Explanation
The ink tank is held to the printhead to enable high speed printing, and a sensor is
used to control the amount of ink in the tank. This message appears and printer is
stopped when the ink quantity exceeds the sensor "Full" condition during ink
supply. The following table shows service calls by ink color.
 Solution
1. Turn power on/off up to 5 times to check for recovery.
2. If Step 1 is ineffective, check for I/C valve solenoid being left on. (Refer to
Chapter 5)
3. Replace the PRINT HEAD
4. Replace the C362DRV board
SERVICE REQ. 0001001B: head driver (TG) temperature error

Problem
Head driver (TG) temperature error
 Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when print head internal thermistor
detects abnormal temperature when internal head temperature abnormally
increases beyond required value during printing.
 Solution
1. Check for recovery by turning power on/off.
2. Replace printhead if problem persists or recurs within short time.
3. Replace the C362DRV board
SERVICE REQ. 0001001C: FS origin (Suction fan shutter home position)
error

Problem
Paper suction fan shutter origin error
 Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when shutter home position is not
detected within required time at power on initialization or at paper suction fan
shutter open/close during print start/completion.
 Treatment/Check Points
1. Is shutter origin sensor normal? (Refer to Chapter 5)
2. Normalizing shutter motor
1) Confirm operation as per Chapter 5
2) Measure resistance
3. Replace C362DRV Board. In addition, if shutter motor has failed due to short,
replace the board at the same time.
