Problem
Communication between modules time out error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when a communications error is
generated during communications between C362DRV/C362MAIN/HJFK boards
(handshake signal).
Solution
Contacts are poor or device elements are poor.
1. Check for poor contacts on each board and reconnect.
2. Replace each board.
1) HJFK
2) C362DRV
3) C362MAIN
SERVICE REQ. 0010025: CSIC EEPROM access error
Problem
CSIC EEPROM access error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when a communications error is
generated between CSIC and C362DRV Board only when start cartridge is used.
Solution
Replace the starter cartridge
SERVICE REQ. 0010026: RTC access error
Problem
RTC access error
Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when the RTC circuit on the
C362DRV Board mistakenly operates.
Solution
1. Remove and reinstall lithium battery.
2. Start Maintenance Mode 2, initialize RTC and reset date.
SERVICE REQ. 0010027: Pressure pump small leak error
Problem
Pressure pump small leak error
Explanation
This message appears when pressure sensor becomes Low at start of "Test/
Actuator 2/Ink System Motor" in Self-Diagnosis Mode. This message is for
maintenance only and will not be generated outside the Self-Diagnosis Mode. This
enables verification of small leaks that do not reach 00010014 pressure defective
level for situations such as frequent starting of ink supply motor and normal
starting.
Solution
Replace supply pump assembly.
