Problem
Ink supply defective
 Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when ink count is less than 95% when
ink end is detected by the liquid surface sensor inside the printhead sub-tank at
power on initialization or ink supply.
 Solution
1. Replace the corresponding color ink cartridge for the cartridge shown to be
empty.
2. Replace the corresponding color solenoid for the I/H valve solenoid that will
not go on.
3. Replace the printhead for the printhead with a failed ink surface sensor.
4. Replace the C362DRV board

 Explanation
This error is generated during printing in direction from 80 --> 0 when the gap
adjustment value cannot be hard set in the required range. (Differences become
greater to the extent that adjustment for each nozzle row cannot be firmly
absorbed.)
 Solution
Gap (Bi-D, Uni-D) adjustment is done over again.

Printing completion time out error
 Explanation
This message appears and printer is stopped when the printing completion flag has
a communication error.
 Solution
Replace the C362DRV board (ASIC has failed)
