Do not carry out the counter initialization without necessary part
exchange/inspection, although the counter initialize is possible with
"the counter initialization menu" of "maintenance mode 2".
(Especially, do not clear the counter of "Waste ink", "Ink
remainder quantity" to the unpreparedness, to exert the influence
on the product actuation.)
