Change of adjustment value
<Format> "XXx=nn:mm"
• indicate conversion value of <mm> corresponds to selected value <nn>
from mechanical sequence command.
• There are XX1~XX5 for conversion table.
• When <mm> is FFh, it means applicable entered value is not converted.
(However, only for XX5, when <mm> is FFH, selected value from
mechanical sequence plus 24H is used as adjustment value.)
<Operation>
• The cursor shifts between <nn> and <mm> with "Cleaning" button.
• The value pointed with the cursor increased/decreases with "Paper feed" +
or - button.
• Setting value is saved into NVRAM with "Enter" button.
NOTE: Changed value will be reflected to user table at this time.
Conversion table version
It displays version No. and changed times of paper feed adjustment conversion
table saved in the printer.
<Format> "XXS=<mmmm1><mm2>"
<mmmm1> indicates NVRAM version when table is initialized in 4 letters in
hexadecimal. <mm2> <nn2> indicates renewed times in 2-figure.
Change timing of the display is as follows
<mmmm1>: when the table is initialized after shipment form manufacturer
and F/W re-installation
<mm2>: When system table value of maintenance mode 2 is changed.
(System table XX1~XX5)
NOTE1: 0 clear for <mm2> is when system table is initialized.
NOTE2: It is same as conversion table version (XXS) in maintenance mode 1.
Failed nozzle limit (dye/pigment/HC2/HCD/PPI)
In case of nozzle check error with auto nozzle check, nozzle check error doesn’t
occur until it meets following condition permitting optional number of nozzle
clogging.
This setting applies to all of nozzle check (operating or before printing)
While it prints 200million shots per nozzle with Y head.
Ink cartridge type setup (NPD setup)
This mode allows to select ink cartridge type. Applicable setup values for each ink
cartridge type is as follows.
NOTE: These functions are intended for development/evaluation and should not
be used during regular servicing.
