Explanation
Paper cutting error
The page was not cut entirely or the page was cut unevenly and part of it still
covers the P-FRONT sensor.
Recovery
Open the front cover and remove any cut paper that has not fallen. If
necessary, cut the paper above the P-FRONT sensor with scissors. The LCD
will display the "RELOAD PAPER" message. Move the Paper Set Lever to
the release position and after making sure the leading edge is even, properly
reload the paper.
After setting paper, paper initialization operations will be paused after either
the "Pause" button is pressed or 5 seconds elapses. At this time, remove any
paper cutting parts that may be causing disruption by rubbing or jamming the
head, and reset the paper after cutting it with scissors.
If the error is due to a worn cutter blade, replace the blade.
If a cutter mistake has been generated, see 4.2.3.6 "Removing the Cutter and
Cutter Unit" and check the following items.
1. The cutter and cutter solenoid are installed and working properly.
2. Gap between cutter blade and paper guide L2 is 0.3~0.7mm.

Explanation
Paper skew error occurred.
The lateral (horizontal) position of the leading edge and rear edge are off by
over 3mm.
User should confirm the previous printout because it may not be printed
completely. And also smudges on back of following printouts may occur
because of poured ink on the platen.
Recovery
Set the paper correctly to clear this error.
Follow the directions in the user’s guide carefully. If the roll paper is curved
or bent near the edge, line up the leading edge on both sides. If reloading the
paper correctly does not clear the error, turn the printer off and back on.
