Explanation
Paper check error / Paper eject error (sheet)
This error occurs in the following cases.
1. Paper length is too long to set in the primary position when paper
initial loading.
2. Paper horizontal position exceeds the printable area when paper is
set.
3. Paper horizontal position exceeds the cut area when paper is set.
4. Sheet length is too long to except or not eject completely. This case
is occurred when the panel or command setting is roll paper, but cut
sheet use.
5. After recovery cutter error.
Recovery
• In case of "1", "2", "3", user should set the paper again according
the User's guide exactly. If the top of the paper has indentation, it
should be trimmed.
• In case of "4", "5", the ejected portion of paper top should be
removed and then user set paper again. User can cut the portion
using auto cutter after paper set lever is lifted up (in this time, it
shifts to "RELOAD PAPER"), horizontal position is reset straight,
paper set lever is pushed down, roll paper auto cut is selected, and
"Paper Cut/Eject" button is pushed if the paper is cutable.

Explanation
It occur the following case when auto take-up reel is used;
The printer prints more than 3m with status that safety device of auto take-up
reel is operated, and it turns to a new paper for the first time.
Recovery
1. Release paper set lever.
2. Remove the foreign matter obstructing the sensor of reel. Tighten the paper
manually.
3. Set paper set lever.

"INK END" LED indicates ink low, ink out, no ink cartridge, and wrong
ink cartridge status.
Explanation Ink holder is open.
Recovery
Close the holder cover.
• If it occurs in "PRINTING" or "READY" status, it return to
"READY" status.
• If it occurs in "PAUSE" status, it returns to "PAUSE" status.
