Interface Specifications
Your printer is equipped with a USB interface and an Ethernet interface.
USB interface
The printer’s built-in USB interface is based on the standards specified in the Universal
Serial Bus Specifications Revision 2.0, the Universal Serial Bus Specification Revision 1.1,
and the Universal Serial Bus Device Class Definition for Printing Devices Version 1.1. This
interface has the following characteristics.
Note:
Only computer equipped with a USB connector and running Windows XP x 64, XP, 2000, or
Mac OS X.10.x support the USB interface.
Ethernet interface
The printer has a built-in Ethernet interface. Use a 10Base-T and 100Base-TX STP
(shielded twisted-pair) cable via the RJ-45 connector to connect to the network.
