EPSON Stylus Pro 3800 User’s Guide
1. Double-click Macintosh HD (default setting).
2. Double-click the Applications folder.
3. Double-click the Utilities folder.
4. Double-click the Print Center icon (for Mac OS X 10.2.x) or Printer Setup Utility (for
Mac OS X 10.3 or later).
5. Select the printer you want to use to access its EPSON Printer Utility2.
6. Click the Configure button (for Mac OS X 10.2.x) or the Utility button (for Mac OS X
10.3 or later) in the Printer List dialog.
Using the Printer Utilities
The EPSON printer utilities let you check the current printer status and perform printer
maintenance from your computer. You can also access the User’s Guide, the paper
information, and the Technical Support Web Site by clicking the Print Assistant button.
Note:
Do not use the Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, or Print Head Alignment utilities if your printer is
connected to your computer through a network.
Do not use the Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, or Print Head Alignment utilities while printing is
in progress; otherwise, your printout may be marred.
