Paper Jam
Remove paper from printer.
Power off and then on.
Refer to the "Roll paper jam", "Cut sheets from the paper cassette have jammed while
printing", or "Cut sheets from the front/rear manual feeder have jammed" sections on the
reference page that follows and remove the jammed paper.

Paper Load Error
Press the u button and remove the
jammed paper.

Paper Out
For paper less than 0.8 mm
thickness, insert from rear manual
feeder.
For thicker paper, press Y button
then insert from front manual
feeder.
Load the paper into the rear manual feeder or front manual feeder depending on the
thickness of the paper.

Paper Out
Load paper in paper cassette.
Confirm that no paper is being printed, then remove the paper cassette and load the
paper.

Paper Out
Press the Y button.
Press the Y
button then load the roll paper.

If you run out of paper while printing, the remaining data is printed once you load new
paper. If you want to print from the beginning on the new paper instead of continuing
from where the job was paused, press the W button and select Job Cancel. After that,
load the new paper and perform the print operation again.
