The home position of the carriage unit is not detected. Check the connection of the CR HP Sensor.

Due to the leak of AID current, the specified voltage cannot be
achieved.
Check the flushing box and around it, and remove ink and dust if
attached on it. (Electric current may leak through the accumulated ink
or dust.)

Firmware supporting the current version AID board is not installed.
Perform maintenance/cleaning of the Flushing Box. Remove ink smear,
dirt, fluff, paper dust and such.
Install the latest firmware.
