Cleaning the Paper Guide
If you see ink on the back of a printout, you can clean the paper guide rollers to remove any excess ink.
1. Load a few sheets of the following size paper in the rear paper feeder: A3 (11.7 × 16.5 inches
[297 × 420 mm]) or A3+ (13 × 19 inches [329 × 483 mm]) for SureColor P700 and A2 (16.5 × 23.4
inches [420 × 594 mm]) for SureColor P900.
2. Select the icon on the LCD screen.
3. Select Maintenance > Paper Guide Cleaning.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to clean the paper path.
5. Repeat these steps as necessary until no smeared ink appears on your printouts.
