Replacing the Ink Cartridges
If the LCD displays the animation shown below, it is time to replace the ink cartridge.
For the replacement procedure, refer to “Installing the Ink Cartridges” on page 40. Replacement can be per-

ormed with the same procedure. Grasping the tab on the top side of the used ink cartridge, pull it out to
remove it.
For the model numbers of the ink cartridges, refer to “Ink Cartridge” on page 95.
Replacing Roll Paper
If the LCD displays the animation shown below, it is time to replace the roll paper.
For information on roll paper replacement, refer to “Loading Roll Paper” on page 39. Replacement can be per-

ormed with the same procedure. Do not leave the core of used roll paper in the product.
