ID Card Does Not Come Out
Open the scanner cover and remove the ID card.
Do not pull out ID cards with excessive force. Doing so can damage the ID card and creates the risk
of product malfunction.

An ID card is jammed in the scanner. Open the scanner cover and remove
the jammed ID card.
