1-) Press the button MENU and, go to the address SET. Press the button ENTER. Enter the
number of people for the elevator using the arrow buttons
and . Choose the product
type: ROPE, FS, CAB4, CAB2, RP-S, RP-P, HPS and, press the button ENTER. Please leave the
cabin within 5 seconds after you have made the selection.
E.g.: Press the button ENTER for 4 Per. Complete the settings. Make the overload connection
to the RL-0 relay. (Personnel load values are set as per the standards).
NOTE: DURING THE EXECUTION OF THESE SETTINGS, THE CABIN MUST BE EMPTY.
NEVER PLACE ANY LOAD BEFORE AND DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE SETTINGS.
HOLD: Activates with AC or DC Volt between 24 / 220. Prevents undesired changed that may occur
during the travel preventing the load measurement while the elevator is in motion. With the working
principle of HOLD, only voltage applies when the elevator is in motion. We recommend you use the
function HOLD for the load measurement from the rope and if there is a balancing chain.
Example : You may connect lirpomp ends to the hold input
ERRORS;
ERR1: There may be wrong connection in sensor cables. Check it out. The load on the sensor may
be above the capacity value. Contact the technical service.
ERR2: Sensor socket not plugged in. Sensor cable is broken or one or more of the sensor cable is
not fully connected to the terminal.
ERR3: If the calibration value is below 25% of the selected personnel value, you cannot calibrate.
Please pay attention to load at least 25% of the capacity while calibrating.
Note: We recommend you place a load equal to 25% of the elevator capacity. If the system weighs accurately,
then there is no need to calibrate.
3-) After you have selected the number of personnel, assign the value RL-O and RL-C considering
the number of personnel selected. If you wish to change the value RL-O and RL-C, press the
button ENTER and, go to the address RL-O and RL-C. Press the button ENTER. Enter the values
you want using the arrow buttons
and . Press the button ENTER to save the values.
2-) Enter the cabin. If the value on the display does not indicate the accurate weight, then
place a load, the weight of which is known, in the cabin. Press the button MENU and,
go to the address CAL. Press the button ENTER. Enter the value of the load placed in the
cabin using the arrow buttons
and . Press the button ENTER to save the values.
Factory settings: Hold the arrow button
for 5 seconds to reset the values and, restore to
factory settings.
CHAI: If there is a balance chain in the system, the YES option should be selected by entering the
CHAI option from the menu.
