Diversion when your extension is not
active
If your extension is not active (logged off) your system administrator
can program it to automatically divert calls to a pre-programmed
diversion address.
Fixed Diversion
This function directs your calls to a pre-programmed diversion
address (e.g. mailbox system or secretary).
Activate Fixed Diversion
*21# Dial to activate the diversion.
Verification tone. You can make outgoing calls as usual. A special
dial tone reminds you that a Call Forwarding is active.
í Press to finish the procedure.
Cancel diversion
#21# Dial to cancel diversion.
Verification tone.
í Press to finish the procedure.
New incoming calls will be signalled on your phone again
