Use this command to connect a port to a switching domain, and to specify
QoS parameters.

Arguments:
vlan <vlan> – Set the number of the Switching Domain. Range 1 to
200.
ethernet_port <port> - Set the number of the Ethernet port. Range
1 to 26.
