1.1 Process Flow Description

latest software revision.
Continue with Go/NoGo.
Go/NoGo
Test Instruction, Standard. - Verify the radio parameters of the
phone by using a test instrument. If the phone fails, continue with
Trouble shoot, or if it passes continue with Manual test.
Manual test
Test Instruction, Standard. - To verify the phone, all test actions
must be performed.
If the phone fails continue with Trouble shoot, or if it passes
continue with Warranty seal.
Troubleshoot
(Mech/Std)
Trouble Shooting Guide, Mechanical and Standard. - Trouble-shoot
the phone according to the guide for the most common faults.
If a fault is found, continue with Repair, otherwise continue with
Warranty seal and send the phone to higher level.
Repair
(Mech/Std)
Working Instructions, Mechanical and Standard. - Repair the faulty
phone according to the instruction.
Continue with Manual test.
Warranty seal
Working Instructions, Mechanical. - Apply a warranty seal after
succeeded repair according to the instruction.
Return the phone to the customer or send to higher level.
