Limited Global Warranty
The travel case is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the
date of invoice. If a problem occurs with the Escape Travel Case
and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship, Escape bvba will, in its discretion, either fix or replace
the product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions
stated herein.
The warranty provided for herein applies only to and extends for
the lifetime of the first purchaser or gift recipient of the product.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover
any damage caused by misuse such as transporting inappropriate
objects, using the travel case as a chair or transporting children,
accidents, abrasion, neglect, theft, exposure to extreme temperatures,
solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage by
airlines or freight forwarders.
If the travel case is damaged during transportation we ask you to
take the matter up directly with your carrier of shipping agent. When
transporting in your car, make sure that the P9 Travel Case is well
protected and secured and cannot slide around. Incidental and direct or
indirect damage of the content of the Ecape Travel Case are not covered
under warranty.
Safety Warning
To help prevent tip-over:
• Always place the unit on a firm, flat and level surface.
• Never allow children to climb or hang on the Escape P9 Travel Case.
• Do not put any heavy objects on top of the unit.
