REPAIR
If the product is not working properly, check the following points:
Problems / Symptoms Causes Solutions
No mist when the appliance
is switched on
The appliance is not plugged in Make sure that the power adapter is properly connected
to the appliance and fully plugged in to the wall socket
Water level too low Fill the water container
Water level exceeds 100ml Empty out excess water
The end of part A is obstructed Make sure that nothing is preventing the release
of the mist
Mist stops while the diuser
is in operation
Water level too low Fill the water container
Accumulation of water drops in the part A Switch o the diuser, remove part A then clean o
the accumulated water drops
Insucient mist The ceramic disk is dirty Clean the ceramic disk as described in the
«CLEANING» instructions
An excess of Estéban refresher oils or essential oils
has been poured into the container
Empty the appliance and clean it
Accumulation of water drops in the part A and the
double wall of Part C
Switch o the diuser, remove part A then clean o
the accumulated water drops
The light does not switch
on
Diuser failure Bring the diuser back to the retailer within the
after-sales service support legal deadline
Should the problems persist please contact your retailer.
