Ensure the front fork is mounted correctly with the stem facing forward and brake unit in front.
Mount handlebars to the stem, securing with the front plate and tightening with an Allen key.
Verify that all cables are untangled and correctly routed for optimal performance.
Ensure an even gap on the stem plate and tighten screws securely.
Align handlebars straight by centering the stem with the front tyre.
Attach the front wheel using the quick release mechanism.
Correctly identify and install left and right pedals into the crank arms.
Thread pedals by hand, then tighten with a 15mm spanner, ensuring correct side installation.
