Never place fingers near the drums while operating the machine to avoid injury.
Position fillet head-first towards user for efficient operation and stability.
Utilize bone guide holder, slant machine, and move towards tail for better bone grip.
Ensure full machine contact, apply downward pressure, and let the machine move itself.
Ensure full contact and press. Avoid twisting to prevent gapping or missed bones.
Align drum at 90° to bone. Turn clockwise for left fillets, anti-clockwise for right fillets.
Turn machine away from fish when full. Flush more or less if bones are stuck.
Remove drum/guide, wash parts, and reassemble in reverse order.
