Installing the Power Supply
CAUTION
Make sure that the AC power supply circuit is not overloaded. Use proper over-current protection, such as
a circuit-breaker, to prevent over-current conditions.
To install an Extreme Networks AC power supply:
1 Verify that the power supply is right side up and the locking handle is open (Figure 62).

2 Carefully slide the power supply all the way into the power supply bay (Figure 63).
CAUTION
Do not slam the AC power supply into the system switch backplane. Use the locking handle to secure the
power supply in the power supply bay.
