Setting the Controller Country Code
When initially logging into the system, the controller requests that you enter the correct country code
for your region. If a country code is not configured, a warning message will display stating that an
incorrect country setting will lead to the illegal use of the controller. Consequently, selecting the correct
country is extremely important. Each country has its own regulatory restrictions concerning
electromagnetic emissions (channel range) and the maximum RF signal strength transmitted. To ensure
compliance with national and local laws, be sure to set the Country value correctly.
Changing to a new country code will overwrite the Country settings for all adopted Access Points.
