The control panel is shown in gure 10. For reference it is also shown below:
1. When connected to the power supply the appliance starts at setting 4.
2. When you open the refrigerator door, the control panel backlight turns on and
the lighting in the refrigerator compartment is on. The fan in the refrigerator
switches o. After 1 minute of opening the door you will hear a beeping alarm.
After about 7 minutes of opening the door the lighting turns o. Touch the
switch to turn on the lighting again. When the refrigerator door is opened the
control panel is illuminated. When you close the door, the light is turned o
immediately, and the control panel backlight turns o after 1 minute.
3. Press to adjust the temperature inside the chamber. Select the setting from 1
to 6. 1 — the highest temperature; 6 — the lowest temperature.
4. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn o the appliance. The button lights up
and the power is disconnected. Lighting inside the refrigerator chamber and
the compressor turn o. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the
appliance again. Indicator lights up when the power is on.
5. Frost-free models feature the forced defrost function. To carry out cleaning or
maintenance, remove frost from the freezer evaporator. Simultaneously press
and hold the and buttons for 3 seconds to enable the forced defrosting.
The button will ash. The function will deactivate when the temperature
reaches 10~12°C.Simultaneously press and hold the and buttons for 3
seconds turn o the forced defrost function at any time. The button stops ash-
ing.
6. This appliance can display errors and sound an alarm. In the event of an error,
an error code is displayed on the temperature display and the appliance con-
tinues to operate.
• The temperature inside the appliance is inuenced by many factors. How you
set the temperature control dial depends on the ambient temperature, sun ex-
posure, how often you open the door and the amount of food stored. The middle
setting of the dial is most optimal in most cases.
• Do not put food into the fridge freezer before it has reached its operating temper-
ature, which takes minimum 4 hours.
• Do not change the temperature settings due to the change in the season of the
year. The ambient temperature increase will be detected by the sensor and the
compressor will be switched on automatically for a longer period of time in order
to maintain the temperature set inside the chambers.
• The slight changes in temperature are perfectly normal and may occur, for in-
stance during the storage of great quantities of fresh products in the fridge, or
when the door is open for a longer period of time. This will not aect the condition
of the stored foodstu, and the temperature will quickly return to its set value.
