13.3 CONSTANTS
Constants are defined as being all those fixed values which cannot be altered by a program. The
following are considered as constants:
• Numbers expressed in the decimal system.
• Hexadecimal numbers.
• PI constant.
• Read-only tables and variables as their value cannot be altered with a program.
