The roughing operation machines the boss leaving the following
finishing stocks:
Both stocks are defined as finishing parameters.
Xc, Yc Center of the boss.
R Boss radius.
Z Part surface coordinate.
Zs Safety plane coordinate.
P Total depth.
Q Amount of stock to be removed.
δ Finishing stock on the side walls.
δz Finishing stock at the base of the boss.
