6.4.5. Setting of presser foot support bar height. (art.n.5417.20)
To set the height correctly, proceed as follows:
- Turn off the machine using the main switch and disconnect the machine cable from the electricity
supply.
- Open the front door on the sewing head using the key supplied with the machine.
- Loosen the block nut n. 90809.5.
- Tighten the nut n. 90520.5 to raise the presser foot bar, loosen it to lower the bar.
- Tighten the block nut, and close the door with the key.

Proceed as follows:
- Turn off the machine with the main switch and disconnect the machine cable from the electricity
supply,
- Tighten the screw n. 6412.00 (tab. 09), placed on the right side of the machine head, to decrease
the presser foot bar advance step. n. 5417.20, whereas to increase it.
