If the pellet mill stops during operation, several factors could be responsible. It may be due to insufficient tension of the V-belt, causing the speed controller to activate, in which case you should readjust the V-belt tension. Alternatively, the parameter setting of the speed control instrument may be out of order, requiring a reset. Other potential causes include a worn-out V-belt needing replacement, a tripped limit switch due to overload or material jam (requiring a reset of the main shaft and limit switch), insufficient pressure from the anchor ear or oil on the brake disc (necessitating a reset of the oil pressure or cleaning of the brake disc), or a circuit breakdown (requiring an inspection of the electric circuit).
