12. DEFROST BY WEIGHT
(1) Press "DEFROST" key once, the oven will display "dEF1".
(2) Turn dial to select the weight of food. At the same time, "Oz" will light up. The weight should be 4-100
oz.
(3) Press "START/+30 SEC" key to start defrosting.

4) Press "START/ +30 SEC" to start cooking.
Note:
For " Bake" , please do not put the food into the oven at the
begining. The oven needs to be preheated to 300 ℉ first.
After sevarel minutes, the buzzer sounds twice to remind
you to put the food into the oven. After putting the food in
the oven, please press start again. The timer will count
down, and the food will be cooked perfectly.
For "Chicken", during the cooking process, the
oven sounds
twice to remind you to turn the food over .
