ROPE WINCH INSTRUCTION MANUAL

1. Pawl switch – for this pawl switch are three positions:
- higher is for pulling, lower for slowing down
- middle position is for pulling and slowing down but it can be used only while
unloading. After loading the winch hold tightly the handle to switch position.
2. Before using the winch install it on stabile and flat surface.
To install it, set the pawl switch at the middle and pull out a wire until the slots
will be visible on the lower part of a base. Next use 3 screw sets 3/8” and
locking nuts in the triangle shape to fasten the base on the surface.
If is necessary use additional a metal or a wooden desk.
3. Next set the pawl switch to an axis bolt by a nut.
4. Set the pawl switch on the higher level and turn the handle to the right with
the clock movement to pull it. Set the pawl switch on the lower position and
turn the handle to the left to relase it.
Warning!
1. Never overload the winch!
2. This rope winch is designed for pulling not lifting!
3. Never put a hand or anything else close to the run, hoops and the rolling rope.
Always use protective gloves while using the winch.
4. Never try to repair or disassembly the winch when a problem occurs. Ask a mechanic
or an expert for help.
