women to help them track their menstrual cycle more
effectively. It helps them track the last period, next
period, ovulation time.
How to pair the app and watch for tracking periods?
In Fastrack Reflex World app, go to Health > My Cycle
and fill in your details like last period day, period days,
cycle length.
