IPD/IDF Settings
IPD (International Priority Direct Distribution) and IDF (International Direct Distribution Freight) are
contract services offered by FedEx to customers with specific FedEx International shipping requirements.
For more information regarding IPD/IDF, please see the FSMS IPD/IDF User Guide provided by your
FedEx Customer Support Representative.
Tracking Numbers Settings
The Tracking Numbers window provides information for FedEx Express and FedEx Ground tracking
number management. No entries are required in this window. This tab is also password protected and
can only be accessed by your FedEx Customer Support Representative.
