Make sure the sealing surfaces are free of burrs,
damage, and scratches or any unwanted particles.
Lubricate the O-ring. Set the flanges and the half
clamps. Put the lock washers on the bolts and put
the bolts through the half clamps. Hand tighten
the bolts. Tighten the bolts in a cross sequence in
small amounts to the torque amount for the series
of flange.
