FOLDING MIRRORS

For pedestrian safety, the exterior
mirrors will swing out of their normal
mounting position if they are struck
with sufficient force. Reposition the
mirror by applying slight pressure to the
mirror housing.
Manual electric folding
(where provided)

Move (1) fig. 55 to the centre
position.
Pull rearwards. Both exterior
mirrors are folded.
Pull rearwards again. Both
exterior mirrors return to their original
position.
If an electrically folded mirror is
manually unfolded, pulling
rearwards will only unfold the other
mirror electrically.
Automatic electric folding
(where provided)
When the vehicle is unlocked, the
mirrors swing to their normal mounting
position. When the vehicle is locked,
the mirrors are folded down.
To enable or disable automatic folding
of the exterior mirrors, consult a Fiat
Dealership.
Heated external mirrors
(where provided)
If this function is provided, pressing
the button (1) fig. 56 on the climate
controls activates demisting/defrosting
of door mirrors.
