STEP 4. Manual self-test.
The Fibaro Smoke Sensor can automatically detect a malfunction. If malfunction is detected
an intermittent sound signal will start and alarm will be sent to the main Z-Wave controller.
Self-test may also be triggered automatically. Please, follow:
-make sure the battery is in place;
-press and hold B-button until the visual indicator glows white and short alarm sounds. After
3 seconds from the first beep smoke chamber operation will be checked.
Triggering fire alarm and beep mean positive result and should occur within 10 seconds.
Trouble signal or no fire alarm mean that the sensor is malfunctioning.
STEP 5. Contact with service.
