2.3 KNEADING PROCESS
5. Fill the required amount of flour and water into the bowl.
6. Make the necessary settings on the command panel.
7. Start up the machine.
8. After the completion of the period, open the bowl cover and discharge the dough.
2.4 POINTS TO BE AWARE OF WHEN USING THE MACHINE
6. During operation, the machine automatically stops if the bowl cover is opened.
7. Check the fixing plates if the machine moves as a result of vibration.
8. If there is an imbalance in the bowl, close the gap between the bowl by loosening the bolts of
the two rollers on two sides. Then re-tighten the bolts.
9. Ensure the tightness using upper and lower tension bolts in case of loosening of belts.
10. Ensure that the spiral hook operates in the counter-clockwise.
