WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
Warranty starts from the date of delivery of the goods and are free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 2 years guarantee. After examination if it is determined that it is covered by
the warranty repair or replacement of parts is carried out by FIMAK Inc. on material and workmanship
for free. Warranty does not apply in case of negligence or improper use. Under normal circumstances,
the warranty must be performed by the technical staff of FIMAK Inc.
Malfunctions that may occur because of following reasons, not covered under warranty.
• Mechanical damage which may occur in transportation of the oven by customer.
• Damages that may arise due to inadequate feeding network.
• Malfunctions may occur due to user negligence.
• In cases of repair attempts by the customer or by those not authorized by FİMAK INC. during
the warranty period.
• Malfunction due to electric motors.
• All malfunctions that may occur in electrical materials.
• In case of violation of rules specified in the user’s manual.
• Corruption of the constant adjustments by the user
• Malfunctions that may occur in the burner and its parts.
• Deformations that may occur in bowl, spiral hook and blade because of metal scraper usage.
