8.19 Removal of the Oven Cavity Fan
1.
Ensure the product is isolated from the power
supply.
2. Remove the product from the joinery, refer to
section 8.1.
3. Remove the rear panel to gain access to the
cavity fan.
Removal
4. Remove the fan shroud to gain access to the
fan blade. (refer 8.9)
5. Turn the fan blade securing nut clockwise to
remove. ( LH thread).
6. Remove the fan motor wires.
7. Remove the 3 screws securing the fan motor
bracket to the panel, and pull out to remove
it.
7. Remove the mounting plate from the old fan
motor and transfer to the new fan.
Note: To remove the mounting plate use pliers to
bend the holding tabs.
Reassembly
Refit in reverse manner.

8.20 Removal of the Meat Probe
1.
Ensure the product is isolated from the power
supply.
2. Remove the product from the joinery, refer to
section 8.1.
3. Remove the side access panel adjacent to the
meat probe socket.
4. Remove the retaining nut securing the meat
probe on the inside of the oven cavity.
5. Remove the meat probe through the inspection
hole.
6. Remove the wiring to the meat probe.
Reassembly
Refit in reverse manner.
