Using the wire shelf
y To remove the wire shelf, pull it towards
you until it stops and then lift, by pulling
upwards, until it comes completely out.
y To insert the wire shelf, slide it in at an
angle of 45° until it locks and then lower
it horizontally and push it all the way in.
y If the wire shelf has a low drip tray,
to remove it, lift it slightly and slide it
towards you.

FIRST USE
Using the perforated tray
This tray is used for steam cooking and
is positioned on the flat grill together
with its support. We recommend also
using it in combination with the drip tray
to catch everything the drips from the
food during cooking.
